01 Qualifying your Property

Before going to site we will conduct a desktop study to make sure your site meets the criteria to build a granny flat, through either a complying development certificate (CDC) or go through a development application (DA).

02 Site Inspection

Our experienced team will visit your property to evaluate and assess whether any additional site cost is required and give you professional advice on what’s needed.

03 Tender

Based on your property and your design requirements, inclusions and site costs are finalized and a fixed price tender is provided and signed by all parties.

04 Survey & Design

Once an initial deposit has been paid, we will then organise the survey together with all legal documents and a consultation meeting with our in-house designers to finalise your floorplan and finishes.

05 Approval

After the approval deposit is paid, just sit back and relax. We will then commence the (CDC) approval for your granny flat which is guaranteed to be approved in 4 weeks*

06 Construction

Our Team of experts commence the construction on your new dwelling. An estimated time for this is 14 weeks from commencement to handover. *Terms & conditions apply.

07 Handover

At this stage we will take you through the home and show you the finished product. We will answer any questions you make may have. The only thing left now is for you to enjoy!
